I'll be honest with you! This hasn't been the easiest move... because it's not over yet! We have been here since the beginning of August and have already had several moves with another unexpected one at the end of the month! We don't know where we will be living in September until the house opens up beginning of October! There has been no settling in! No decorating our first home together! Simply waiting and hanging out, still living out of suitcases, not being able to find anything, and trying not to open up the totes I shipped up here; afraid they will explode due to how well my dad packed them! :) This has been a stressful month, but one that only makes us grow closer as a couple and grow closer to God as we look to Him for peace and direction! There have been a lot of hiccups with this move, lots of uncomfortable changes, and unanswered questions about where we will be living in 13 days! Feeling like we are tiptoeing around and things can change at any moment, I am encouraged that God never changes! He will continue to provide and take care of us! He won't stop loving us and He isn't surprised by our situation. He has gone before us and only He knows what the next few months hold! I'm just blessed to serve and love an all-knowing, all-powerful, faithful God! :] God has this and that gives us peace! :D

ReplyDeleteI am pretty much a total nerd when it comes to blogging...but I think it's such a fun way to keep up with people!
And as for blogging- I think it's just precious to have a space to record all the special memories in your first months, years of marriage and all the change and exciting things that are happening in your lives right now!
